What is Yoga Therapy?

Whether you are struggling with physical illness, emotional pain or spiritual disconnection, a practice of Yoga Therapy removes blockages to health, wholeness and connection. Yoga Therapy is not a quick prescription for health issues or emotional imbalances, it is a path of powerful and profound healing over time - a process of deep commitment to self through which we become evermore available to face life's stresses and challenges with love and ease. In our session I will consider your physical constitution, life history, personality, and any ailments or imbalances in order to tailor a practice that specifically supports your healing.
