-establish, enliven or revive a personal yoga practice that includes asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha and chanting
-cultivate your ability to tune in to and align internal and external Natural cycles, adjusting your yoga practice to meet your energetic and emotional state as needed
-receive individualized yoga therapy sessions, holistic coaching and shiatsu massage
-experience traditional Mexican healing modalities like the temazcal
-create and deepen connections with locals and retreat-goers in meaningful, heart-centered cultural exchange

Your hosts and teachers, Birgit and Sita, discovered their sisterhood 16 years ago during a magical year in México, when their shared love of this infinitely diverse and beautiful part of the world began to blossom. There they planted the seeds of their dream of co-hosting heart-centered cultural exchange, rooted in ancient practices of mind-body-spirit-community-planet-universe.
