Yoga is that which is inseparably united, complete, connected and infinite. Yoga Therapy is the process of coming closer to this oneness by peeling away layers of separation, thus promoting radiant health and wellbeing. This process involves a regular practice of mindful breath and movement, as well as adjustments to our lifestyle.

 

My classes maintain a focus on self-awareness and discovery of breath, energy and connection, in the spirit of my deep desire that all beings may experience their own inherent wholeness.

 

In working with clients, I aim to support the elements of your life that are already in balance and flourishing, helping you to nurture your capacity for transformation and acceptance and cultivate your inner healer.
